The size of their penis can be a source of anxiety for many men. They may feel it is too short or too thin.

The average size of the erect penis is 6 inches. A small penis is one which has an erect length of fewer than 2 inches.

Many men incorrectly assume that they have a small penis but are within a normal range.

Penis enlargement surgery can increase the flaccid length of the penis by 1 inch. The erect length is NOT increased

The circumference of the penis can also be increased by 1 inch

What is a Penis Enlargement Surgery?

The procedure is performed as a general anaesthetic

It does not require an overnight stay

Penis-lengthening is performed by making a V-shaped incision at the base of the penis. A ligament is then released to increase the resting length

The incision is closed with dissolving sutures and skin glue.

Increasing the circumference is performed using fat transfer. The donor site for the fat is typically the flanks, however, any area of excess fat deposition can be used

The fat is harvested through a small 1.5 cm incision. the fat is collected via liposuction cannulae and then processed so that it is pure

The fat is then injected evenly throughout the penis

What is the Recovery?

When you awake in recovery there will be minimal amounts of pain. Local anaesthesia will have been administered during the operation to minimise the discomfort

You will be discharged with painkillers and antibiotics

The penis will initially be very swollen. In addition, 30-40% of the fat will be reabsorbed, so excess fat will be injected to mitigate for this

Dr. Faisal will show you exercises to be performed daily over the next 3 weeks

You should refrain from any exercises and intimacy for the next 6 weeks

You should refrain from wearing tight underwear for 6 weeks

Dr. Faisal will review you in the clinic at 1 week, 2 weeks and 6 weeks

How to Prepare for the Surgery?

Stop smoking 3 weeks before the operation. Smoking has a negative effect on fat retention. It will also interfere with wound healing

Blood-thinning medication needs to be stopped 1 week before the operation

I came to Dr.Faisal not sure of anything. I wasn’t happy with my body as I had a lot of excess skin due to massive weight loss. I was scared of the idea of a surgery, so came in hoping for an alternative. Here I am months - 3 months post my surgery, wearing a pair of jeans that would have never fit me before. I had a lower body lift surgery done, and I must say my results are amazing. My body has changed so much, and I am very very happy with the way I look now. Dr.Faisal is a great doctor. He will make sure you are aware of everything before and after the procedure and is always there for his patients. My favorite trait about him is that he is always available. Being a patient who has low pain tolerance, and someone who worries a lot, I would always call him. I would have a lot to ask before and after the surgery- and he was always there. It didn’t matter what day or time it was, he made sure to help with every little thing and I am very grateful for him. Thank you doctor, I can now sit without having layers of my stomach falling down, I can now wear my clothes much more confidently and can finally say I love my body.

Two words to describe my experience with Dr. Faisal: life changing. I had a breast reduction and it has changed my life! The procedure itself was painful for the first 2 hours and much to my surprise I was ready to go home only 4 hours after waking up and ready to return to work only 3 days later. Dr Faisal is a skilled surgeon who is extremely meticulous and I would highly recommend him. He has a pleasant and calm demeanor which puts you at ease. He looks at the whole person and what they want to achieve and relays realistically what can be done which helps set the right level of expectation from the outset.
